No Win No Fee

Personal injury claims are pursued through a process called No Win No Fee; irrespective of whether you win or lose, you will not have to pay a penny.

Under the No Win No Fee process, claimants enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement with our nominated solicitor.

If your case does not succeed, an insurance policy arranged and paid for by the solicitor pays for any legal costs and disbursements (eg court fees, experts' fees, traveling expenses) incurred during the claims process.

If your case is successful your legal costs and disbursements are paid by the opposing side and you keep all of the compensation awarded to you.
